Your tier is based on points earned in a rolling 12-month period. As long as you keep earning points, you'll keep your tier or move up to the next one.

Click the rewards icon in the bottom corner of any page to open your account and view your points balance and history.

Eligible codes appear automatically in your rewards panel once unlocked, and we'll also email them to you.

Points from an order are credited once the order's return window has passed, typically 14 days after delivery.
