Return & Refund Policy

Our Returns Process

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Costs: There is a £7 return fee, which covers the return shipping label and restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Start your return through our online returns portal and select whether you'd like a refund or exchangeSTART RETURN HERE

  2. You'll receive a return shipping label and QR code. All returns are processed through Royal Mail.

  3. You have two options to send your return:

    • Option A: Download and print the returns label, attach it to your package, and take it to your nearest Post Office
    • Option B: Use the QR code at the Post Office - no printing required.
  4. Pack your items securely in the original packaging (or another box), and drop off at any Post Office.

  5. You'll receive updates via email and on the returns portal.

  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus the £7 return fee), or your exchange will be shipped out.
