We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received:
Any items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned back to you.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from our website.
For UK returns, a £5 fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers:
To start your return, please use our online returns portal and select whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Once submitted, you will receive:
Download and print your returns label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
Show your QR code at the Post Office and they will print the label for you.
Please ensure your items are securely packed in the original packaging where possible.
You’ll receive updates throughout the process via email and within the returns portal.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method minus the £5 return fee.
Please allow up to 6 business days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse for processing.
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, simply select the exchange option through the returns portal when submitting your return.
Once your original item has been received and approved, your replacement size will be shipped out if stock is available.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Unfortunately, our returns portal does not currently support international orders.
To arrange an international return, please contact info@kidfromthewest.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will provide return instructions along with access to our UPS returns service.
These charges include return shipping and restocking costs.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import fees, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK.
Refunds can only be issued once the items have been successfully received back at our warehouse.
