Delivery options, prices and timescales for every country we ship to. The exact options for your address, in your currency, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days): free on all orders
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days): £5.99, free on orders over £170. Order by 3pm
DPD Premium Next Working Day, not Sundays: £7.50, free on orders over £250. Order by 3pm

All UK services are tracked. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

United States

UPS Express (2-4 working days), duties and taxes included: $9.95, free on orders over $150

Canada and Mexico

UPS Express (2-4 working days), duties and taxes included: from £28.95, free on orders over £200

Europe

Tracked Delivery (3-6 working days) with duties and taxes included, free on orders over £130, or UPS Express (2-4 working days). Prices start at £13.95 and vary by country. The full list for your destination is shown at checkout and on our delivery page.

Rest of the world

UPS Express (2-4 working days) with duties and taxes included, free on orders over £200. Royal Mail Tracked is available in some countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR and the United Arab Emirates. Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are included in our prices or paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

If a parcel is refused because customs or import charges were not paid, it is returned to our UK warehouse. We can refund only once it arrives back with us. In that case the original delivery charge is not refunded, any import charges billed to us on the return are deducted, and a £30 handling fee applies.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, then a second email with tracking once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
